Three plans, cut where the product is already cut.

Each plan is a set of the eight things the workspace holds, and nothing else — no seat counts, no storage meters, no limit on how many people you may keep. A church on Members keeps its people; the two above it add the money, the diary, the door, the care and the rules, and the top one adds SMS.

International pricing

Prices are in naira, and naira is what the checkout charges. Outside Nigeria, prices are quoted in US dollars.

These are the plans, and you can buy one.

Create a workspace, then subscribe from Settings → Billing. Every plan renews on its own until you cancel, and cancelling never takes back time you have already paid for. A year costs 2 months less than twelve monthly payments, we email you three days before each renewal, and a card that fails gets a week of grace with the workspace still working while it is sorted out. Card payments only — that is the payment provider's rule for a recurring plan, not ours.

The same price for every church, whatever its size.

Everything, with SMS

₦60,000per month

or ₦600,000 a year, 2 months free

The same workspace, for a church that reaches its congregation by text as well as by letter.

Everything in the tier below
  • Finance, events, attendance, care, automations, and unlimited campaign email
Messaging
  • Campaign SMS — 3,000 credits a month
  • Both channels write from the church's own sending account, so the cost of a campaign belongs to the church and not to whoever is running the workspace

Network

Contact sales

For a diocese, a deanery, a planting network or a multi-site church — a body that holds several churches and answers for them.

Contact sales
  • A workspace per churchOpen a workspace for each church the network holds. Each one is its own church: its own administrator, its own colour, its own record, and its own sign-in at the same door everybody else uses. They are separate workspaces rather than one church with several sites, which is the model the schema actually has.
  • The record, church by churchOne row per church: its people, the attendance it recorded this month, the giving it recorded this month and over six months, and the care it has open. Every figure is read in that church's own currency and never added to another church's, because two churches' money has no common total — that is a figure that does not exist rather than one being withheld.
  • Read, and never writeAn overseer may enter a church's workspace and change nothing in it — every write there belongs to that church's own staff. The limit is stated beside the button that enters, and a band at the top of every page inside says who is reading and which church they are reading. Pastoral notes are not read at all, and confidential care is left out of the figures rather than counted with a mark beside it.
Section by section

Every section, and which plan holds it.

The eight things the workspace holds, named the way the rail names them. A tick is a section that plan opens; a hollow slot is one it does not, and it is drawn rather than left blank because an empty cell is ambiguous and this page cannot afford an ambiguous cell.

The network

For the body that holds the churches.

A network is not a bigger church, and the product does not sell it as one. It keeps a record of churches the way a church keeps a record of people — so its first move is making one workspace for each church it holds, and everything after that is a reading taken across them.

A workspace per church

Open a workspace for each church the network holds. Each one is its own church: its own administrator, its own colour, its own record, and its own sign-in at the same door everybody else uses. They are separate workspaces rather than one church with several sites, which is the model the schema actually has.

The record, church by church

One row per church: its people, the attendance it recorded this month, the giving it recorded this month and over six months, and the care it has open. Every figure is read in that church's own currency and never added to another church's, because two churches' money has no common total — that is a figure that does not exist rather than one being withheld.

Read, and never write

An overseer may enter a church's workspace and change nothing in it — every write there belongs to that church's own staff. The limit is stated beside the button that enters, and a band at the top of every page inside says who is reading and which church they are reading. Pastoral notes are not read at all, and confidential care is left out of the figures rather than counted with a mark beside it.

Start with your people. Everything else follows.

Creating a workspace asks five questions, and three of them you may skip — every answer has a Settings page waiting for it. You land in an empty workspace whose one job is to take your people in. Nothing is seeded into it, and no figure in it will ever be a figure we made up.

This site uses four cookies, and none of them is optional. Three keep the product working — your sign-in, whether the sidebar is folded, and the Google connection — and the fourth remembers that you have read this. There is nothing here to switch off. Read the Cookie Policy
